Reed Carlson
Reed Carlson graduated with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and has extensive experience in I&C systems and real-time computer hardware/software control and data acquisition applications. He has been involved in control and data acquisition upgrades and installations on several facilities, including the Experimental Breeder Reactor II. Recent efforts have been on discrete event simulations and I&C and computer work.

David Rohrbaugh, M.S.
David Rohrbaugh graduated with a B.S. degree from Boise State University and a M.A. degree from University of Idaho, both in mathematics. Mr. Rohrsbaugh is currently a staff member at INL. His research interests include sensor technologies, data clustering, fractals, optimization, mathematical modeling and I&C. He has extensive experience in the development of computer software for scientific and engineering I&C.
